Yes, the customer service was very excellent. My original order got delivered to another address which was the fault of the UPS delivery guy. I got in touch with the seller and they were very nice and found solution right away and I got my doll. This doll is very realistic and very satisfying. I fully recommend this doll. It’s something that I have been wanting to have. It is more than 5 stars!!!
